Tasting Notes From The Curator
Pinkie’s Farm Full Cream Milk is made of fresh milk taken from the single-origin dairy’s own grass-fed cows. The milk is not homogenized, ensuring that all the flavor and nutrients are retained.
This milk also has no added sugar, and any sweetness you taste comes only from the natural sugars in the milk.
Preparation And Pairings
This all-natural milk from Lipa, Batangas is nutritious and delicious. Use as you would any milk. Drink it on its own (a glass a day keeps bones strong!), or use it for your cereal.
If your baking recipe calls for whole milk, use Pinkie’s Farm Full Cream Milk, and see the difference.
Dedication To Quality
Pinkie’s Farm is a single-origin dairy, which means all of their products come from just one source—their own farm.
All their cows are grass-fed and receive such special, personalized love and care, even having music played for them while they get milked.
Pinkie’s Farm only sells what it produces, and sometimes, that’s not a lot. But because of the amount of attention and care they give to their production, you can always be 100% certain that everything they sell is all-natural, fresh, and of high quality.
Storage Instructions
This milk is all-natural, and contains no preservatives. It must be placed in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt, as heat could accelerate spoilage. It will last 7 days, unopened. But once opened, must be consumed within 2 days.
