The Minor Figures Oat Milk was formulated by baristas, and developed especially for coffee. It’s made with quality ingredients, and is creamy and dense. It’s 100& plant-based, so is naturally dairy and lactose-free. Vegan and vegetarian, this oat milk has a natural sweetness, and is able to produce a silky micro-foam when steamed.

FOR A BETTER CUP OF COFFEE
Minor Figures was born in 2014 as a coffee company based in London. It began with a line of ready-to-drink products, like mocha, chai, and nitro cold brew. It was only in 2018, four years later, that they launched their oat milk. To their surprise, the milk flew off the shelves. It was an unprecedented success, becoming Minor Figures’ best-selling product.
Their CEO and co-founder, Stuart Forsyth, owes this to their timing and their approach. They came in when alternative milks were beginning its boom, and they came at it at a different angle. They didn’t set out to sell their milk as a dairy alternative, but as a tool to make a better cup of coffee. Being coffee people, their first thought was always how to make coffee better.
Minor Figures is also big on sustainability, with their environmental impact always on their minds. Oat milk, first of all, has already been studied to be better for the environment. But they don’t stop there. They became carbon-neutral in 2020, investing in green projects to offset their carbon emissions. They’re in the process of becoming a B-Corp, which will legally require them to further take their impact considerations on society and the environment even more seriously.
Aside from their mission to give you the best coffee they could, they also aspire to reach carbon zero sometime soon. Good for your body, good for the environment.

Store your oat milk in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Consume within 7 days.
