This herbaceous wine pairs well with meat and fish dishes flavored with rosemary, basil, mint, or cilantro. Try it with rosemary baked chicken or pork chops, or perhaps a grilled sea bass or perch. This is a wine that goes well with seafood like crab, lobster, and mussels as well. Sauvignon Blancs also get along famously with soft, briny cheeses, especially the more pungent goat ones.
