Lemon-yellow in colour and pale in intensity, this wine is clean and brilliant, and produces tears on the glass. In nose, it is frank, clean and of high intensity. Characterised by aromas of tropical and citrus fruit with notes of herbs and freshly cut grass, there is an underlying bouquet of white pepper and nuts, drawn out from the wood.
In mouth it is intense, of medium acidity, and medium-bodied with well-integrated alcohol and a pleasant texture. The retronasal aroma us again intense, with the presence of tropical and critric fruit in nose.
To sum up, it is a balanced wine which is ready to drink right away, but also has potential for laying down.
Best served between 7ºC and 9ºC.

This Spanish Sauvignon Blanc is an ideal accompaniment to fish, seafood, sushi and steamed vegetables. Also works great with goat cheese.

Hailed as one of Spain’s most innovative producers and the titleholder of 2019's World's Most Admired Wine Brand, Ramón Bilbao was established way back in 1924, when Don Ramón Bilbao Murga set up his home in the heart of Rioja’s wine region, Haro.
Ramón Bilbao was a man ahead of his time who had an ambitious dream to travel the world whilst using wine as his ticket to this adventure. For months he busied himself with calculating routes, winds and temperatures and with choosing the best wines to take on the expedition, before departing for foreign lands in the spring of 1924. This notion of the brave adventure is still strongly ingrained into the essence of the estate, and is reflected in everything they do.
Currently the winery boasts of 180 hectares of vineyards and is spearheaded by the vision of chief winemaker, Rodolfo Bastida. While he’s a man who likes to push the boundaries, Bastida maintains the utmost respect for the knowledge and experience that comes from tradition, and believes the future lies in trial and exploration.
Storage Instructions
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
