Tasting Notes From The Curator
Low fat without sacrificing creaminess, the Pinkie’s Farm Low Fat Milk is pasteurized, but not homogenized. This helps retain all the flavor and nutrients that all-natural milk can give.
It’s also naturally sweet, with all its sweetness coming solely from the milk and no added sugars. This milk comes from a single-origin dairy, and is packaged in glass bottles, preventing alteration of its taste, and making it safer to drink.
Preparation And Pairings
Pinkie’s Farm Low Fat Milk is a great alternative to anyone who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle. It’s a creamy drink, one you’ll look forward to drinking or using in your cereal every morning. And because it’s naturally sweet, even kids won’t say to it.
Glass Is The Way To Go
Pinkie’s Farm milks and yogurts are all packaged in glass bottles. And there’s more reason to it than just appearance.
Glass bottles keeps the quality of the dairy, as plastic alters the taste of milk. It’s also safer, eliminating the danger of BPA, a harmful chemical found in plastics that can seep into products over time. Glass also helps keep your milk and yogurt colder, ensuring that it lasts longer.
Plus, it’s sustainable! While Pinkie’s Farm accepts your old bottles to reuse, you can keep them and reuse them yourself. They are, after all, aesthetically pleasing, and can be used as containers for a variety of things.
Storage Instructions
This milk is all-natural, and contains no preservatives. It must be placed in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt, as heat could accelerate spoilage. It will last 7 days, unopened. But once opened, must be consumed within 2 days.
