This bundle contains one 50g tin of Astara Platine caviar, one frozen pack of four Olsen large blinis, one 500ml bottle of Captain Santor South Sea Craft Gin, and two separate 180ml glass bottles of Tassoni Tonica Superfine tonic water. It is a pairing of first-course caviar and a gin-and-tonic serve, with the blinis as the caviar’s simple base. Crème fraîche, ice, garnish and glassware are not included.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate the caviar immediately and keep the blinis frozen until ready to prepare. Follow their pack instructions for thawing and serving. Keep the gin and tonic bottles cool and protected from direct light.
