The producer created LYSEGRØN as the classic, citrus-led member of its alcohol-free trio, sitting between the dry berry character of LYSERØD and the floral softness of BLÅ. Copenhagen Sparkling Tea began with a sommelier's search for a pairing that wine could not provide. In 2010, Jacob Kocemba was working in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen when a dessert challenged the possibilities of the cellar. He turned instead to tea, blending carefully selected leaves into an expressive drink that guests embraced. Years of trials followed, and in 2017 Kocemba and Bo Sten Hansen founded Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company.

LYSEGRØN reflects that same curiosity: a sparkling drink built around tea rather than an imitation of wine. Its citrus-led style was developed to bring a fresher, more classic expression to the company's alcohol-free range. Hand-brewed tea, careful blending, and a patient resting period create a bottle with complexity, elegance, and a festive sense of occasion—proof that a thoughtful toast needs flavour and craftsmanship, not alcohol.

Serve well chilled, ideally around 5°C, in a flute. The producer states a shelf life of two years from production; refer to the best-before date and storage directions printed on the bottle. Contains sulphites.
