The maker
tassoni
Italian soft drinks and mixers from Salò on Lake Garda.
Tassoni is known for Cedrata, its sweetened citron soda, alongside tonic waters, soda water, ginger drinks and lemonade. Its bottles carry Salò and the founding date of 1793 as part of the house identity.
Citrus and the aperitivo glass
Tassoni connects its Cedrata with Diamante citrons from Calabria and its citrus-processing tradition in Salò. Citron is a distinct fruit, rather than another name for lemon. That signature drink sits alongside recipes with different roles at the bar: tonic for a bitter herbal counterpoint, unsweetened soda for lengthening spirits, and ginger drinks for spice.
Choose the recipe for the drink
The range includes classic and zero-sugar tonics, gentle ginger ale, more pungent ginger beer, and lemon-based Limonata. They differ in sweetness and ingredients. Choose the specific bottle to suit the drink you are making, or enjoy it chilled on its own. The 180ml products offered here are individual glass bottles.
