This bundle includes one Mons Selection Petit Reblochon, two Mons Selection Crottin de Chavignol, one Mons Selection Délice de St Cyr, one Mons Selection Pérail and one La Mère Richard Saint-Marcellin IGP. Délice brings buttery richness; Pérail adds the rounded sweetness of sheep’s milk. Reblochon contributes gentle washed-rind aroma and Alpine nuttiness. The Crottins lift the softer flavours with lively goat’s-milk tang and a firmer bite. Saint-Marcellin completes the board with a silky texture and delicate fruity-nutty notes.
