It contains five delectable Auro chocolates: 64% Dark Chocolate with Cacao Nibs, 55% Dark Chocolate Arabica Coffee, 42% Milk Chocolate with Cacao Nibs, 42% Milk Chocolate with Banana Chips, and 32% Roasted White Chocolate with Cashew.
All of these are finely crafted Filipino chocolates, using only sustainably-sourced Davao cacao beans, and local produce. They’re gluten-free and treenut-free.
Preparation And Pairings
Dark Chocolate pairs very well with red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz, and Milk Chocolate goes well with Merlot or Pinot Noir. Dark, milk, and white chocolate are also wonderful to enjoy with a cup of good coffee, or a nice mug of tea.
