Best Price Guarantee: How It Works
You purchased a product with the "Best Price Guaranteed" badge from The Bow Tie Duck. If you later find the same product at a lower price from one of our main competitors, The Bow Tie Duck will refund the difference.
Conditions for a Valid Request:
The request must be made within three days of the purchase on bowtieduck.com
The product must be from the same brand and have the same reference as the purchase from The Bow Tie Duck
The product must be available on one of the competitor's websites listed below and sold under the same service conditions as The Bow Tie Duck
How to Request a Refund:
Contact our concierges through our chat or email us at hello@bowtieduck.com
Provide proof of purchase and the lower price from the competitor (if applicable)
Once your request is validated, we will refund the difference in the form of a voucher code sent by email within 6 weeks
This voucher code is valid for 6 months and can be used for multiple purchases on our website
Exclusions:
The refund of the difference does not apply to products on sale, flash sales, or other discounted offers
It also does not apply to products sold on private sales sites, auction sites, resale sites, or marketplaces
