Theo & Philo Unsweetened Chocolate is made from single origin Philippine chocolate, grated into a powder without removing any of the cocoa butter. Which makes for easy melting and convenience.

This artisan offering smells absolutely amazing. Filling your nostrils with the scent of pure chocolate, it’s like being enveloped in a warm blanket. It also has an incredibly rich and full flavor, and will elevate anything you make with it.

Made with pure cacao and no additives, this cocoa powder is vegan, gluten-free, and very versatile.

Use it to make hot chocolates, shakes, or even cold chocolate milk. Use it for baking! Level up your brownies, cupcakes, cakes, and truffles with this artisan cocoa powder.

Theo & Philo is a company that cares. From their ingredients to their advocacies, you can be assured that supporting the company means supporting the Filipino.

They make single origin bean to bar chocolates, meaning all the cacao beans used to make their products come from the Philippines, and the Philippines only. They work with a Gawad Kalinga (GK) farming community in Malabog, Davao, where they buy the beans directly from the farmers. They also sponsor scholarships for the GK community, and give educational transportation allowance to the farmers’ children so they could go to school regularly.

All their employees are Filipino, and the sugars that they use in their chocolates come from the sugarcanes of Bacolod.

Storage Instructions

Store your chocolate powder in a cool, dark place, ideally between 18 to 24°C. You can use the refrigerator, but place the chocolate in an airtight container to keep the moisture and humidity out—and retain its full range of flavors, of course!
