Internationally award-winning local wonder, Auro, is known for its high-quality chocolates, and their 64% Dark Chocolate Classic Collection Bar is no different. Crafted from only the finest of Davao cacao beans, this baking block is silky smooth in texture, and has a rich cacao flavor with notes of tropical fruit.

PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS

The Auro 64% Dark Chocolate Classic Collection Block is molded to make it easy to cut, chop, and measure. It has a smooth consistency, which makes it a great melting chocolate, too. It’s great for cakes, brownies, and cookies. Melt it for ganache, or deliciously chocolate frosting. You can also use it for hot chocolates and chocolate-based shakes.

Storage Instructions

Store your chocolate block in a cool, dark place, ideally between 18 to 24°C. You can use the refrigerator, but place the chocolate in an airtight container to keep the moisture and humidity out—and retain its full range of flavors, of course!
