This is a pack of 25 squares of Auro’s 42% Milk Chocolate with Cacao Nibs. It’s perfect to give as a gift, or to have on hand to serve visitors.

The Auro 42% Milk Chocolate is a smooth, single-origin chocolate made with cacao bean sustainably-sourced from local farmers in Davao. Creamy and delicious, the addition of cacao nibs adds a slightly bitter dimension, and a welcome crunch to the chocolate.

PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS

Milk Chocolate pairs well with red wines like Pinot Noir or Merlot. You can serve these squares after dinner to round out a good meal. If you prefer something non-alcoholic, it also goes brilliantly with some good gourmet coffee.

Storage Instructions

Store your chocolate block in a cool, dark place, ideally between 18 to 24°C. You can use the refrigerator, but place the chocolate in an airtight container to keep the moisture and humidity out—and retain its full range of flavors, of course!
