Choose an oil for the way you cook

For salads, bread and finishing a warm dish, flavour comes first. Our olive oil selection brings together bottled oils with different fruit, bitterness and peppery notes. Compare the tasting descriptions and bottle sizes to find one that suits your table.

For cooking, follow the individual oil's recommended uses and avoid heating it until it smokes. Flavoured oils can add a final accent to vegetables or pasta; check each product's ingredients rather than assuming every oil has the same base.

Build a dressing

Pair an oil with wine vinegars and other vinegars, or choose balsamic vinegar and dressings for a sweeter accent. Add a little at a time and taste before serving.

Keep bottles tightly closed, away from heat and direct light. Choose a size you will use regularly and follow the producer's storage guidance.
