It’s made with only natural sweeteners, namely monk fruit, allulose, and stevia. It’s also high in protein—with 12g per serving, is low in carbohydrates, is keto-friendly. It is also grain-free, soy-free, and gluten-free.

Founded by Gabi Lewis and Greg Sewitz, Magic Spoon launched in April 2018 after over a year of research and experimentation. They wanted better, more fun options for healthy cereals; an alternative to the bland, “bran” options on the shelves.

It’s cereal 2.0, high in protein, but low in carbs, has no sugars, no gluten, no grain, no soy, and no artificial anything. They make use of monk fruit, stevia, and allulose to sweeten it up. And it tastes just like the “classics.” It’s great for people on the keto diet, diabetics, anyone who wants to switch to a healthier lifestyle, or anyone who just wants sweet cereal but knows they can’t handle the inevitable sugar crash.
