All made with 100% Iberian ham, this Tasting Selection contains four of Joselito’s best. It has Joselito sliced Gran Reserva Ham, Joselito sliced Caña de Lomo (pork loin), Joselito sliced chorizo, and Joselito sliced salchichon. All of these pre-sliced cured meats have wonderful full-bodied flavors, with excellent fat marbling, giving them a creamy soft, tender texture.
Enjoy the Joselito Tasting Selection with cheeses like Emmental, Parmesan, or Manchego. It’s best paired with Spanish wine, like Albariño, but is also brilliant with Pinot Noir, or a dry Riesling.
Dubbed “the rebel” of the Spanish ham world, Joselito was founded by Vicente Gomez in 1898, and created it as a family business. Using only the most natural of processes, and 100% Iberian pigs, it has been declared the best ham in the world. In fact, it’s sometimes described as the Dom Perignon of Iberian cured meats.

Vacuum-sealed packs of hand-carved cured meats can last up to five months in the refrigerator (never the freezer). Once the pack is opened, they’re best enjoyed within the day.
