The Joselito Hand-Carved Paleta Gran Reserva is made with quality Iberico ham that’s been healed for more than 24 months using natural processes. It contains no preservatives and no additives. Incredible meat from acorn-fed pigs, the Paleta Gran Reserva is aromatic, with a creamy consistency and delicious succulent fat within. Its flavor is unique and incomparable.

PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS

This Paleta is hand-carved, making it so convenient to just lay them out on your charcuterie. Enjoy them with your favorite cheeses, or have them with fresh, crusty bread. Pair them with young red wines, or dry and light white wines.

Using only the most natural of processes, and 100% Iberian pigs, it has been declared the best ham in the world. In fact, it’s sometimes described as the Dom Perignon of Iberian cured meats.

Storage Instructions

Vacuum-sealed packs of hand-carved cured meats can last up to five months in the refrigerator (never the freezer). Once the pack is opened, they’re best enjoyed within the day.
