Magic Spoon cereals are low-carb, has no sugars, is gluten-free, grain-free, and soy-free. They use monk fruit, stevia, and allulose to sweeten their cereals; these are natural sweeteners that have almost zero calories and glycemic impact.

Storage Instructions
