The Duval-Leroy Rosé Prestige Premier Cru is made with Premier Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, and exudes a beautiful and delicate salmon color. It has fine, delicate bubbles, with an ABV of 12%. On the nose, it gives a wonderful bouquet, filled with notes of wild cherries and figs, and hints of ginger and geraniums. It’s elegant and round on the palate, with notes of white raspberry, ginger, and lemon zest. It has a long finish that gives notes of juniper.
Preparation And Pairings
The Duval-Leroy Rosé Prestige Premier Cru with sushi and sashimi, especially salmon and tuna. It also goes great with shellfish, like mussels and clams. Enjoy it with fruity desserts, also, like a strawberry tart, or a vanilla and raspberry panna cotta.

Storage Instructions
Fine sparkling wine must be handled with care. For short-term storage (a few days to a month), you can keep your bottle upright—but away from bright or artificial light. For long-term storage, especially for vintage cuvées, you must store the bottles on their side in a wine rack or cellar to keep the cork from drying out. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 10°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 1 to 3 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
