Yoly Crisanto is a trailblazer. As Senior Vice President of Communications, and Global Chief Sustainability Officer at Globe Telecom, Inc., she ascertained lasting change not just to the company, but to the wider community. She streamlined the company’s structure to create a more collaborative and approachable environment, and created innovative solutions towards the company’s sustainability policies with the purpose of creating a “Globe of Good.” Lasting, sustainable, and community-driven change is her legacy.
Her passion for change shows itself in her support for the CRIBS Foundation. Established in 1974, it began with the mission to provide temporary care to infants that had been neglected and abandoned, as well as children that had been exploited and abused. The first organization in Manila to implement foster care, it now provides rehabilitation services for sexually abused children. It addresses healing and recovery of these traumatized children, and helps them reintegrate with their families, as well as providing education and advocating for women’s and children’s rights.
