Domino de Punctum’s Pablo Claro Chardonnay is a wine made in the Castilla-La Mancha region of Spain. It’s made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, organically and biodynamically grown, and has an ABV of 14.1%. This full-bodied white wine has a bright golden color with light green hues. It has aromas of pear and green apple, with hints of pineapple. On the palate, it is creamy and round, with a fresh acidity, and a finish filled with exotic fruit notes.
The Pablo Claro Chardonnay is great to pair with Spanish tapas, in particular. It’s also brilliant with white meat, vegetables, fish, and seafood dishes.
Jesus, Ruth, and Cristina Fernandez were siblings with a dream. Armed with their knowledge and their family’s old vineyards, they set out to produce Organic and Biodynamic wines of great quality. And in 2005, their estate and their winery were established, and Dominio de Punctum was born. Their vineyards are cultivated sustainably, organically, and biodynamically. Utmost care and consideration are afforded the soil, the climate, the vines, and the grapes themselves. They use no insecticides, pesticides, chemicals, or synthetic fertilizers, allowing both the grapes and the wines to develop all of their varietal characteristics to the fullest.
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
