There is also one classic Sauvignon Blanc pairing that originated in Loire Valley, France. A bit of the Loire Valley famed Crottin de Chavignol with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc is considered a classic perfect pair. If you’re more into the vegetarian fare, dishes such as hummus, zucchini lasagna and cucumber yogurt salad goes well with this drink as well.
