Storage Instructions

For optimal storage of your fresh Truffles, do not remove the soil from the truffles. Change the absorbent paper towel daily that you wrap the truffles in. Store the truffles inside a closed jar in the fridge at a temperature ranging from +2°C/6°C. With good storage, the product can be used up to 10/12 days from the purchase.
