Breeder, Producer, Selector - Refiner of French caviar (in Aquitaine), Sturia is present from egg to egg. Their sturgeon are born and raised in their own aquaculture farms in France, Aquitaine. Their caviar is then made by hand, according to a traditional know-how, in their production workshop also located in France, Aquitaine. This presence throughout the chain, from the birth of their sturgeon to marketing, allows them to ensure strict traceability of their caviar.
Place in the coldest part of your fridge. Stored properly, this caviar will maintain its freshness for at most 3 months. Once the tin is opened, it is suggested to be consumed within 48 hours.
