Terres de Café

Terres de Café is a specialty coffee roaster based in France, founded in 2009 by Christophe Servell. With a focus on quality, traceability, and the preservation of agricultural heritage, the company sources its beans from producers around the world, striving to promote sustainable practices and fight against global warming and deforestation. They maintain a direct and trusting relationship with their producers, and work to optimize their volumes with historical partners to give them visibility in terms of qualitative and quantitative development. Terres de Café has four coffee boutiques and an online store. Christophe is also partnering with local Parisian restaurants and bistros, equipping them with their own special blend of coffee. He has won awards for his coffee production, such as the 2015 award for best coffee roaster in France for his Ethiopie H3 BIO blend.
