This 85+ Ethiopia KSF Limmu Echemo Heirloom Fully Washed Exceptional Grade by Terres de Café (Organic) is a unique single origin coffee that has been carefully selected and roasted in France. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of flowers, fruits and chocolate. On the palate, it has a silky body with floral notes that are complemented by peach, apricot and lemon. This coffee is roasted for espresso methods as well as slow coffee methods. It is grown in Limmu, Ethiopia at an altitude of 2000m with Arabica Heirloom variety and washed process from Khalid Shifa Farm.

The Story Behind Terres de Café

Terres de Café is a specialty coffee roaster based in Paris, France founded in 2009 by Christophe Servell who has spent many years travelling to find the best coffees in the world. Jérémie Trigano joined the company’s capital in 2015 to promote quality, traceability and the safeguarding of agricultural heritages with high purchase prices while fighting against global warming and deforestation by using coffees grown in agroforestry. They maintain a continuous, direct and trusting relationship with producers to optimize their volumes with historical partners to give them visibility in terms of qualitative and quantitative development while raising their partners’ awareness of environmental and social sustainability through training and purchasing commitments. Their original shop has grown to include four coffee boutiques as well as an online store while partnering with local Parisian restaurants and bistros equipping them with their own special blend of coffee which won awards for its production such as the 2015 award for best coffee roaster in France for his Ethiopie H3 BIO blend.
