Preparation

This lovely cheese is made up of a soft outer layer and creamy center. The mozzarella forms an enthralling white pouch around thick, yummy cords and fresh cream, all made by the hands of highly skilled artisans. Served fresh and at room temperature, you can enjoy your luscious burratina with basil, ripe tomatoes, crusty or toasted bread, and little drops of olive oil. This fascinating cheese is a native delicacy of Apulia in Italy. A Region filled with plateau, abundant forage, cattle, and buffalos. Burrata is derived from the milk of healthy buffalos or cows native to the site and carefully prepared by hand to ensure the utmost quality and satisfaction.
