Just like many of Mulino Bianco products, the Macine is made from simple ingredients that don’t compromise its quality. The Macine has a full flavor that is not too sweet nor too buttery. Mulino Bianco Macine biscuits are for those who like the traditional italian breakfast better: tasty shortbread biscuits soaked in hot milk. Macine biscuits are enriched with cream to have a more enjoyable flavour.

These cookies make a perfect coffee or tea pair. Usually enjoyed by Italians for breakfast or as mid-day snack, the Macine is traditionally taken with a glass of hot milk.
