With its pearly grey colour, intense flavour and creamy texture, the Tradicional Classico Caviar of Riofrìo is perfect to use as a pairing caviar. It still uses the same extraordinary quality eggs as the Organic caviar ( all the sturgeon of Riofrìo are 100% organic ), from the Acipenser naccarii, native from the Guadalquivir, the pristine river that gives its water to the Riofrìo farm.
