Its grains of large size ranging from dark gray to golden brown burst in the mouth to allow the spread of a fine and fresh flavor with woody hints and iodized dry fruit.

Caviar is an experience of the senses: so much happens in a few seconds. Baeri’s dark grey to golden nut brown color, its large grains and its texture, comparable to Oscietra, and its salt-sea taste with nutty finish, makes it a perfect match for an excellent Champagne.
Delicately Salted
Baeri Royal Caviar comes from a selection by Kaviari which specifically chooses the largest and the finest grain of Acipenser Baeri. Coming from a species of sturgeon living in Russia, this species was raised in France. The full expression of its fine flavor comes with it being delicately salted, to ensure its premium taste. This Kaviari Baeri Royal Caviar is a great caviar, praised by chefs all around the world, for its qualities and its farming process.

Storage Instructions
Place in the coldest part of your fridge. Stored properly, this caviar will maintain its freshness for at most 3 months. Once the tin is opened, it is suggested to be consumed within 48 hours.
