Tasting Notes From The Curator
Made with 53% of Mackerel Fillets mixed with mustard, lemon juice, Guérande salt, chives and pepper.
It has a rich, smooth texture, perfect for spreading onto toast. And its flavor is superior—fresh, sweet, and succulent.
Preparation And Pairings
The Kaviari Mackerel Rillette is ready to eat, and is great on baguettes for easy appetizers, and a perfect addition to your charcuterie boards. Use it to level up your sandwiches: spread it onto a slice of toasted bread, top with capers, lemon zest, ground pepper.
Pair with a Josemeyer Pinot Blanc, perfect for seafood treat such as this one.
