Tasting Notes from the Curator
Jamon Iberico Cebo comes from long, thin leg of ham with a deep golden hue to its fat. The meat is dark red and well marbled. It is rich in taste and decadent with each bite.
There are many options for making tapas with Jamon Iberico. Serve it alone or accompanied by bread sticks or crusty bread. Manchego cheese also goes well with Jamon Iberico.
For wine pairings, we recommend a young Tempranillo wine or an Italian Chianti Classico that will blend well with the taste of the ham.
