Ten¬≠der and suc¬≠cu¬≠lent, with pleas¬≠ing aro¬≠mas of open fields, the La Pru¬≠den¬≠cia Jam√≥n Ib√©ri¬≠co Bel¬≠lota is made of 100% acorn-fed black Ib√©ri¬≠co pig.

These Iber­ian hams are cleaned, then salt­ed and cured for up to 52 months in nat­ur­al dry­ing rooms and cellars.

It has a beau¬≠ti¬≠ful deep red col¬≠or, with streaks of white fat cut¬≠ting through. Large and slen¬≠der with the pata negra‚Äôs char¬≠ac¬≠ter¬≠is¬≠tic black hoof, it is as aes¬≠thet¬≠i¬≠cal¬≠ly pleas¬≠ing as it is com¬≠plete¬≠ly delicious.

Their hams are cured in nat¬≠ur¬≠al dry¬≠ers and cel¬≠lars in the moun¬≠tains, locat¬≠ed at an alti¬≠tude of more than 1,100 meters.
