Cuttlefish ink, similar to its cousin squid ink, is salty in taste. Described as “tasting like the sea”, it makes an essential ingredient to a variety of dishes and adds an extra flare giving its distinct color.
Cuttlefish is ready to use as is. Add to seafood pastas, paella negra, black calamari croquetas and other dishes that require a salty touch. It is also used as a key ingredient for special made sauces.
