The SICOLY Wild Blueberry Frozen Fruit Puree is made with organic wild blueberries grown in Eastern Europe. These berries are picked right at their optimal ripeness, and processed in SICOLY facilities in France. The blueberries are crushed then run through a sieve to ensure a smooth texture, then the pulp is de-aerated and undergoes a heat treatment with an ohmic heat treatment. These processes preserve the fruit’s taste, color, and texture.
This puree is purely made with natural ingredients and real blueberries, with all their flavor intact. It contains no added sugar; all the sweetness comes from the fruit.

Store your fruit puree in the freezer. When ready to use, defrost in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Do not re-freeze; once defrosted, keep in the coldest part of your refrigerator (2 to 4C). Use within 15 days.
