Stefania Calugi, due to demand for their products and proximity from the best truffle producing areas in Florence, moved to a larger plant in Castelfiorentino to have better access to the famous truffle areas of Sanminiatelli Hills and Crete Senesi. The current plant is equidistant from Florence, Pisa, and Siena.
