Cuvée des Roys is a complex, powerful Brut champagne. Its aromas are reminiscent of white fruit and citrus fruits; notes of vanilla and hazelnut are also present. The mouth has perfect balance and attractive freshness, culminating in a long, pleasant finish.
Pairings
This rare champagne is best paired with rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), shellfish as well as mild and soft cheeses. For a grand experience, you may also pair with Kaviari Oscietra Prestige Caviar

Founded in 1859, this trading Maison established in the CĂ´te des Blancs in Vertus has remained family led. Run by Carol Duval, for twenty years and counting, she has not stopped raising her standards has continously shown rather surprising qualitative ambition.
One can count on the constantly improving quality of Duval-Leroy champagnes and the very interesting single-plot cuvées, done with considerable accuracy and authenticity.

Storage Instructions
Fine sparkling wine must be handled with care. For short-term storage (a few days to a month), you can keep your bottle upright—but away from bright or artificial light. For long-term storage, especially for vintage cuvées, you must store the bottles on their side in a wine rack or cellar to keep the cork from drying out. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 10°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 1 to 3 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
