With its pearly grey colours and its subtle flavours, the Organic Caviar by Riofrìo is an amazing caviar, served in its distinctive glass jar. Its roe is large and terse, and well defined. This is a perfect caviar to taste by itself. This caviar comes from the Acipenser naccarii, native from the Guadalquivir, the pristine river that gives its water to the Riofrìo farm.
