The Malossol Riofrìo
The Malossol type of Caviar, stronger than the Organic, milder than the Iranian, it follows the Russian tradition of low salt preservation.
This caviar follows the Malossol method ( meaning a little salt ), consisting of adding between 3 and 4% of salt. This is the traditional Russian tradition, to preserve the balance between depth and nuances of flavour.
Preparation and Pairings
This beautiful pearl grey caviar is perfect as is or paired with dishes that will let it express all its elegance, such as a carpaccio of fresh scallops with caviar.
Store in refrigerator between 0c and 4c.
