This Premium Grade caviar offers a smooth and moist texture, with a sweet and sinful nutty taste. The beautiful large grayish yellow grains measure around 3.1mm.

Kaluga Queen caviars are famous for their nutty flavours and low saltiness.

Paring suggestions

As all caviars, we advise to enjoy them the simplest way. You can use some blinis with a dollop of creme fraîche, and enjoy some Champagne or Vodka as pairing.

Storage Instructions

Place in the coldest part of your fridge. Stored properly, this caviar will maintain its freshness for at most 3 months. Once the tin is opened, it is suggested to be consumed within 48 hours.
