Pinkie’s Farm uses only the freshest milk from their own cows, which are grass-fed and raised in their own farm. Their yogurt is creamy and thick, with a velvety texture. The flavor of the yogurt itself is tangy, and added into it is Pinkie’s Farm own fruit jam. This uses real strawberries for the jam, with pieces of strawberry included. It adds a wonderful sweetness to the yogurt.
You will love this treat for any time of the day. Take them from the refrigerator as an on-the-go snack, or as a light merienda for when you’re working or watching TV.
Greek yogurt is otherwise known as strained yogurt, meaning it’s been strained more times than regular yogurt (at least thrice). That extra straining removes most of the moisture and whey, making it thicker than regular yogurt, but still keeping that same tart taste. That also means that it has more protein and less sugar, but less carbohydrates and calcium. But both options are packed with probiotics, which are highly beneficial to digestion, weight loss, and heart health.
