TPK&B Sourdough Cookies

TPK&B Sourdough Cookies come in four different varieties, all of which are scrumptious, chewy, and full of flavor. They’re all made with sourdough discard, giving them a unique tang, and adding to their delightfulness.

• OG – Chocolate chip. The classic that needs little introduction. But TPK&B levels up an icon with sourdough, giving it a welcome twist.
• PB&O – Aka Peanut Butter & Oatmeal. This cookie is made with sourdough, peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. It’s a beautiful contrast of sweet and salty, with great texture from the oats.
• BB – BB is Burnt Butter, but don’t let that dissuade you. Burnt butter is delicious, and adds a gorgeous nutty flavor to this cookie, that also contains caramel chips, and sourdough.
• RED – Beets, a bit of dark cocoa, sourdough, and Callebaut rubies—this upgraded version of red velvet sandwiches delicious, classic cream cheese filling. It’s chewy, flavorful, and so yummy.
• PUMPKIN SPICE – Ringing in the holidays with pumpkin spice and everything nice! This limited-edition cookie is made with sourdough discard, pumpkin spice, and white chocolate chips. It’s the perfect pairing for your eggnogs and hot chocolates.

These cookies can be eaten on their own. We won’t judge if you finish them all yourself—they’re really good! Enjoy them with a glass of milk, or any of our wide variety of coffees. A perfect midday snack.

Store your cookies in an airtight container, and consume within 7 days. To keep them soft and chewy, place a slice of white bread in the container with the cookies (the cookies absorb the bread’s moisture, keeping them soft).
