The Saucisson is a cured sausage with high quality meat. With the addition of whole hazelnuts, it is given that delicious texture and earthiness. It is also known as the equivalent of the Italian salami.
It can be sliced or served cold, and added on your aperitif plate along with your desired cheeses.
