Preparation And Pairings
There are so many things you can do with creamy, ripe avocados. Make your breakfasts healthier by making some avocado toast. Instead of butter, smear some mashed avocado on your bread, and top with some pepper and a poached egg. Super simple, but super yummy.
You can also make the classic Mexican guacamole. Simply mix some mashed avocado with diced tomatoes, minced garlic, finely diced onions, finely chopped cilantro, diced jalapeño pepper (seeds removed), some lime juice and salt. Serve with some chips, or use in your tacos.
Another recipe you can try out is a palta rellena, a classic avocado-based Peruvian dish. It’s basically just avocado halves stuffed with either chicken salad, shrimp salad, tuna salad, etc. Pick your favorite, make it, and scoop them into the holes of the avocado halves. It’s literally that simple!
Before use, it is advised take your desired quantity of avocados and thaw 8-15 hours under refrigeration in its own container or inside original bag.
