Founded by Clarence Dillon in 1935, Domaine Clarence Dillon owns four of the most prestigious wine estates, namely Chateau Haut-Brion, Chateau Quintus, Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion, and Clarendelle. The latter launched their Clarendelle – “Inspired by Haut-Brion” line of wines as the first Bordeaux super premium luxury wine. It is now managed by the fourth generation of the Dillon family, and continues to celebrate the French art de vivre, and producing quality wines with respect for values and tradition, while keeping up with innovations and modern visions.
Store unopened red wines in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 16 to 18°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
