This granola blend is fun—a veritable party in your mouth! It’s made with old-fashioned rolled oats, vegetable oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, salt, and pepitas. Banana chips and roasted cacao nibs add a fun, tropical dimension to the granola. The banana chips are crunchy and sweet, and the cacao nibs give it a surprising, but very pleasant chocolate burst.

Rolled oats are a whole grain food that is lightly processed for consumption. Oat groats (or kernels) are dehusked and steamed. They are then rolled flat, then lightly toasted to stabilize. Rolled oats can be heated to make oatmeal, put in baked goods (like muffins, bars, and cookies), or, like in Pinkie’s Farm, included in granola.
Oats are known as one of the healthiest grains in the world. It’s a great source of fiber and carbs, and is rich in antioxidants. It can lower cholesterol levels, help control blood sugar levels, helps reduce the risk of heart disease, and helps with weight loss because of how filling it is.
Your granola comes in a resealable bag. You may keep your granola there (make sure that it’s completely sealed with as much air removed as possible), or transfer your granola into a different airtight container. Place in a cool, dark, dry area, like the pantry, or a cupboard away from appliances. Consume within 3 months.
