How to choose
Mixed-milk cheeses deserve their own shopping route. Dodoni Halloumi combines cow's, sheep's and goat's milk; Queso de Valdeon combines cow's and goat's milk. Malagos Mango Sublime and Pesto Sublime also use cow's and goat's milk.
Choose Halloumi for grilling, Valdeon when you want a blue cheese, or the Sublime range for a creamy, flavoured option. A blend is not a texture: compare the cheese's style and your intended use as well as the animals listed.
