Rovelló, known as Bloody Milk Cap is the most typical mushroom from Catalonia. The special flavour, texture and taste is very high-valued in the gastronomy world. It is characterised by the wine-coloured liquid that comes out of it when it’s cut. This liquid has a rust colour that quickly turns a greenish hue. Used by Michelin-starred chefs.
