TASTING NOTES FROM THE CURATOR

Complex and mildly bitter, the Auro 85% Dark Chocolate – Mana Single Estate is smooth and well-balanced. It gives beautiful and interesting flavor notes of rum, cherry, caramelized apple, banana, and pumpkin.

PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS

A glass of Zinfandel or Shiraz would be brilliant with the Mana Single Estate. If you prefer something non-alcoholic, a Brazilian or Java roast coffee would be great. A good green or black tea is also a good idea.

Storage Instructions

Store your chocolates in a cool, dark place, ideally between 18 to 24°C. You can use the refrigerator, but place the chocolate in an airtight container to keep the moisture and humidity out—and retain its full range of flavors, of course!
